Artist Project 3rd Release | ‘Music for Underwater’

Acting as the third single from explorative music producer / artist milesbluue, Music for Underwater is an exploration into experimental ambient music, texture, and field recording. The idea for this track came around two years ago during a rabbit-hole exploration of ambient music, notably Brain Eno's Music for Airports. It remained sitting in a growing pile of demos, initially being part of a wider EP that explores more of this sound. During production, I leant into traditional orchestration and live textures (shout out to my granddads violin that made it into the final mix), focusing on creating a linear, through-composed arrangement, taking listeners on an evolving evocative journey.
